After a KUSA viewer commented on the Denver NBC station’s Facebook that the station should replace its anchor Kyle Clark with a plastic tree, Clark ran with the gag and showed everyone what it would look like.
“Why doesn’t this station work on replacing commie Kyle Clark with a plastic ficus tree,” wrote the viewer. “I might start watching again.”
“I had the honor to introduce my replacement on 9NEWS,” he wrote on social media. Watch the gag below.
Good to know some of us don’t take ourselves so seriously. Though I think that’s the plant that took my job at Adweek/TVSpy.
